RETURN POLICY

Introduction
Jeffrey R. Borup and/or Cuoro Leather™ ("us", "we", or "our") operates http://www.CuoroLeather.com (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policy regarding the return, refund, and shipping of products to and from users of the Site who purchase items for sale.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If the package is undeliverable due to a fault of ours, we will take full responsibility and reship your package at our expense.

Refunds
​Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. ​ If your package never arrives back to our facility, we cannot and will not issue you a refund or replacement products. If the package is undeliverable due to a fault of ours, we will take full responsibility and reship your package at our expense.

​Shipping
Shipping is free for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental U.S. via USPS. Orders arrive within 3-7 business after shipping.

Once you receive your tracking number and your package is in transit to your location, we no longer have any information to provide other than what you can see on the USPS.com tracking website. The only info we have is your tracking number which we will provided to you via email. We recommend contacting your local post office (in your area), your mail carrier and USPS at 1-800-275-8777 if you have issues with your delivery. They are the only point of contact that can offer any additional information other than what's on the tracking website. If you have issues with tracking your package please contact us.

Please verify that all shipping, billing and email information is correct before submitting your payment. We cannot be held accountable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you during purchase. If your package is returned to us because you have given us an invalid address we will notify you so you can make arrangements to have it reshipped, customers pays all shipping fees.
